Christine Jensen’s release “Look Left” contains her most fully realized work as a saxophonist and composer to date. She eagerly explores themes that she created, inspired from art, culture, and politics while residing in Paris at the Cité Internationale des Arts in 2002. With the support of her quartet, including Dave Restivo who is one of Canada’s most compelling young pianists, Jensen soars to new vistas with her music.
