This first album is the fruit of a meeting between longtime musician friends, all of whom share the same deep passion for jazz. Over the course of three days together, secluded in an idyllic and creativity-fostering environment, the entire work revealed itself in a gradual crescendo of intensity; a real group therapy session during which the most deeply suppressed instincts found
release.
Having spent two years commemorating the work of John Coltrane (1926-1967), André Leroux wanted to honour the spirit of his music through own compositions and interpretations full of colour and energy.
